Bikes at Castle Combe Circuit

The very first ever race at Castle Combe Circuit was a motorcycle race which opened the circuit’s history back in 1950 and a year later in 1951 the first dedicated bike meeting took place, but it is possible that that motorcycling actually allowed the circuit to progress into the popular track it now is over 65 years later!
